Global Music Portal allows users to upload songs for rating by our artificial intelligence system. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

By uploading a song to the Service, you grant Global Music Portal a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, and display the content in connection with the Service.

3. Fees

Global Music Portal charges a non-refundable fee for each song uploaded to the Service. By uploading a song, you agree to pay the applicable fee. All payments are final and non-refundable.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Upload any content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on the rights of others.
  • Attempt to interfere with the Service’s operation or security.

5. Termination

Global Music Portal reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice or liability, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Global Music Portal disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Global Music Portal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the Service;
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein;
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service;
  • Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Service by any third party;
  • Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Service;
  • The defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party.
